Today I'm waiting for my latte and Stephanie - the barista - is running both sides like an absolute pro. My wait was a little longer than usual, but no matter because the service was awesome. The latte, as always, was solid. And what made today so cool was that Stephanie was dealing with two lines and she was smiling and greeting everyone. Just rocking as fast as she could and making everyone feel welcome. What a truly epic day! In today's world where we often accept abysmal customer service, as the norm, to have just rockstar service... Makes me wicked happy! Starbucks, takes notes... THIS is how you treat your customers. Also, Stephanie needs a raise, cause whatever she's getting paid, it's not enough. 13/10 stars. Will be back! ”
